- Write your message in English, German or French only!
- Don't ask obviously stupid questions, like "May I ask a question?" (which is obviously inherently contradictory since it is a question)
- If you want to ask a question about software, please mention the name of that software in the title, this makes sorting easier
- If you want to report a bug, describe the problem as precisely as possible. I need to be able to reproduce a bug if I want to fix it
- Don't send html mails with blue text on green background
- Si vous souhaitez m'écrire en français, je vous prie, n'écrivez pas en style SMS ("c t", "g pa", "keske", ...), c'est quasiment impossible à lire. Oui, j'en ai déjà reçu plusieurs...
